Sturdy if simple, the wine cooler’s cabinet is made of steel with a tempered-glass door. There’s room enough inside for 24 bottles of wine stored on coated wire racks that slide out for easy access. The unit comes with three settings--minimum, normal, and maximum--controlled by a dial on the outside of the machine. These are not as exact as a thermostatic control or a temperature dial, but cover the most common requirements of wine storage. If you seek exacting controls and complex feedback systems, this cooler’s probably not for you.
